Her Majesty's Revenue and Customs (HMRC) has reassured the public it will do all it can to maintain normal services during tomorrow's strike action.
The Revenue employed 73,695 at the end of 2009/10 and around 60,000 staff are members of the Public and Commercial Services (PCS) union. The PCS is one of the four public sector unions which will strike on 30 June against proposed changes to workers' pensions. Meanwhile, the Association of Teachers and Lecturers (ATL), the National Union of Teachers (NUT) and the University and College Union (UCU) will also strike tomorrow.
