Guernsey sees the introduction of its QROPS Code of Conduct as a distinct feather in its cap for attracting expatriates seeking an offshore home for their pension wrappers.
Full details of the Code and those QROPS providers complying with it are posted on the Guernsey Association of Pension Providers (GAPP) website. GAPP believes complying with the Code will not only give QROPS providers based in Guernsey a competitive edge but also contribute to setting "a useful guide to others as to the standards expected of Gapp members who have adhered to the Code".
