OMAM's Snowden rejoins Aegon

Old Mutual Asset Managers' bond manager Stephen Snowden has left OMAM to return to rival house Aegon Asset Management.

Based in Scotland, he will focus on investment grade credit, and report to joint head of fixed income David Roberts. He joins the group in July. Snowden has worked at Aegon previously as a North American equity analyst before moving to head up the fixed income team. He left in 2004 to join OMAM and launch the group's Corporate Bond fund, which now has assets of £727m. Aegon has three Dublin domiciled global bond funds and the onshore High Yield Bond and Strategic Bond funds.
