Medicals Direct adds new chairman

Medicals Direct has appointed Philip Gregory as chairman as it looks to continue its global expansion.

Gregory was previously CEO of HSBC Insurance Brokers and held and board positions at other insurance and financial services groups, including Marsh, Tullett's and Municipal Mutual Insurance. The medical services solutions provider said the new role followed a series of expansions by the group and that his substantial experience of mergers and aquisitions transactions and restructuring should also prove invaluable.
