Syndicate Asset Management has promoted Jeremy Rance to the group's operational management team as group chief operating officer.
The promotion marks the first key management appointment made by Mark Cheshire following his appointment last month as interim group CEO. Jeremy, who joined Syndicate's wealth management subsidiary Ashcourt Rowan in June 2010 as director of planning, will be responsible for strategy implementation and operational performance across Syndicate's wholly-owned subsidiaries. He was previously with Barclays, KPMG and AMP where he held various strategy and leadership roles.
