Cameron: Our best years are ahead of us

Britain's best years are ahead, the Prime Minister told delegates at the Confederation of British Industry (CBI), in the wake of the worst financial recesssion since World War II.

Cameron said together Britain can make the years ahead the most entrepreneurial and dynamic in our country's history. He called on industry to commit to create, innovate, invest, grow and develop and break boundaries. "I passionately believe our best years are ahead of us," the PM told CBI delegates. His speech laid out the extent to which the coalition government is relying on the private sector to fill the economic void left by the massive cuts to the public sector announced in last week's Spending Review.
