The ABI has appointed Aviva Investors chief executive Alain Dromer as chairman of its Investment Committee, effective from 15 September.
Dromer, chief of Aviva Investors since September 2007, replaces Standard Life Investments chief executive Keith Skeoch who steps down after completing three years in office. His previous roles include global head of group investment business at HSBC, head of asset management and insurance at Credit Commercial de France (CCF), along with positions at the French Treasury in the Ministry of Finance and the French Institute for Statistical and Economic Studies.
