Election 2010: How did the IFAs fare last night?

Unfortunately, two IFAs standing for election last night failed in their bid to become MPs but they put up a strong fight.

Philip Milton Tory Philip managed to get 18,484 votes or 36% of the total but was unable to oust the Liberal Democrats from the Devon North seat. Nick Harvey won with 47.4% or 24,305 votes. Milton has managed his own IFA firm, Philip J Milton & Company for 24 years, which has £130m under management and an authorised share capital of £1m.
