AWD appoints non-exec chairman

AWD Chase de Vere has appointed a new non-executive chairman and two non-executives directors to its board.

Nils Frowein replaces Simon Waugh as non-executive chairman whilst Beat Hubacher, of Swiss Life, and Dr Ralph Moller-Bosling, director group legal affairs of AWD, join the board with immediate effect. "I am really pleased to welcome Nils, Beat and Ralph to their new positions on the AWD Chase de Vere board," says chief executive Stephen Kavanagh. "They each provide valuable expertise which will help us in our aim to become the leading firm of independent financial advisers in the UK."
