Sinfonia appoints former Hartford man head of sales

Sinfonia Asset Management has appointed Tim Barker as head of sales.

Barker, previously key account director at The Hartford, will be responsible for promoting the Leeds-based company's multi-manager proposition through its team of regional sales managers. Reporting to managing director Andy Richards, his role will focus on non-Tenet related IFAs. Barker has more than 25 years experience in financial services and prior to his stint at The Hartford held various positions at AXA, including key account director.
