iShares unveils long duration fixed income funds

iShares has unveiled two long duration fixed income funds on NYSE Arca to meet investor demand for longer-term bonds.

The iShares 10+ Year Credit Bond fund tracks the Bank of America Merrill Lynch 10+ Year US Corporate and Yankees index. The benchmark is a market value weighted, total rate of return index measuring the performance of long-term, investment-grade US corporate and Yankee bonds. The constituent securities have $250m or more of outstanding face value, with at least 10 years remaining to maturity.
