'Greedy' salesman took £18,000 from my pension pot - papers

A pensioner is fighting to claw back almost £18,000 in commission and charges that were snatched from his pension just a year before he planned to retire.

David Jones, 65, of High Wycombe, Bucks, was just a year away from retirement when, in March 2008, Kevin Packebusch, from adviser Ladycross, based in Tunbridge Wells, Kent, recommended he switch £310,870 into a pension cash account with Scottish Widows, the Daily Mail writes. Full story...
