Government pension proposals need a 'dose of common sense' to work in the real world, according to the National Association of Pension Funds (NAPF)
The body has hit out against draft regulations, telling the Department of Work and Pensions (DWP) it believes they are too bureaucratic and prescriptive. The DWP should first assume the vast majority of employers currently offering good workplace pension schemes will do their best to comply with the new requirements, NAPF says.
