Ascentric hires former 1st-The Exchange manager

Ascentric is expanding its business development team with the appointment of Debbie Steer, formerly of 1st The Exchange.

Steer, who was e-business product manager at 1st The Exchange, will work with IFAs and encourage adoption of the wrap. Richard Goodall, sales director at Ascentric, says: "Debbie has a very strong track record in helping adviser firms transform their business through the use of technology." Steer, who has recently spent time out travelling, says: "I was keen to find a challenging role that allowed me to use by business transformation skills in a client facing environment and Ascentric fitted the bill perfectly."
