Property workshops for IFAs launched

Property Investment Plan is launching a series of free property workshops for IFAs across the UK.

A spokesperson for Property Investment Plan says property offers good returns but investors have traditionally been deterred from the sector due to a "fear factor" arising from its specialist nature. "Property provides a good opportunity to buy, but people can be scared off because lots could potentially go wrong," she says. "But it can be very rewarding if it goes right."
