Chartwell launches 'Direct Advice' service

Chartwell today launches its online ‘Direct Advice' offering to new customers.

The service aims to provide qualified advice from a team of specialist advisers at any time without the need for face to face consultation. It now advises 2000 clients who were previously advised in person. Chartwell Direct director Rob Hudson says:"We're leading the way in this new method of advice provision and believe that this type of service can provide ‘easy to access' advice that is so lacking in the market currently .
