Guggenheim finalises acquisition of ETF provider Claymore

The merger means Claymore and its associated entities, including Claymore Securities, Claymore Advisors and Claymore Investments in Canada are indirect, wholly-owned subsidiaries of Guggenheim Partners. Claymore Advisors acts as the investment adviser and administrator for a range of 34 US ETFs, tracking equities, fixed income, sectors and emerging markets.
