ifs to help managers prepare for FSA Arrow visit

The ifs School of Finance is hosting a workshop to help adviser firms' senior managers gain a better awareness of the FSA's approach to risk assessment.

By the end of the one-day event, participants should fully appreciate the impact the FSA's Advanced Risk Review Operational Framework (Arrow) visit has on regulated firms, according to ifs. It will also prepare IFAs to handle the visit and manage the risk mitigation programme that follows. "This is essential learning for many senior managers in the financial services industry," says Mark Walley, director of corporate education at the ifs.
