Capita updates client care adviser tool

Capita Financial Software has launched an updated version of its Client Care Desktop (CCD) tool to address the developing requirements of financial advisers.

The new features added to Version 4.0.1 will allow advisers to be able to manage SIPPs and multiple wraps through the programme. Capita says the move reflects increasing demand for this functionality, particularly among high net worth clients. There is also the facility to track group pension schemes within the client's portfolio on the CCD. CCD allows advisers to accomplish straight-through processing from the very first point of contact with a client, through the client-care process, administration, compliance and commissions.
