Affluent Financial Planning has hired a paraplanner as part of plans to prepare for sweeping changes under the RDR. The Scottish-based IFA describes the new recruit Rebecca Kowalski, who is Paraplanner magazine's Paraplanner of the Year, as a "coup" for the business. She will support the business through an ambitious expansion phase, providing technical support to the existing team and advise her own portfolio of clients.
