RWC partners has hired a host of employees to support the launch of its US equity long short funds in October.
Appointed employees Gabe Marshank, Alex Robarts, Sam Weeman and trader Hayes Varey will join Mike Corcell on the two US equity long short propositions. The team will work on BWC Biltmore, a Cayman-domiciled long short fund plus a parallel Ucits offering, RWC US Absolute Alpha. Both funds will be managed along the same lines as Corcell's Threadneedle American Crescendo fund which delivered returns for investors of 19% p.a. over four years.
