RBC Wealth Management has hired Thomas Roiz to its Geneva office. As head of Latin America for RBC Suisse, he will be responsible for providing integrates wealth management services for high net worth clients in Latin America. Roiz has previously worked for Citibank and JP Morgan. The company has also appointed Wasim Afzal as manager of structured notes and fixed income, advisory. Afzal will develop RBC Wealth Management's offering in the space for high net worth clients. He was formerly at RBC Capital Markets and previously at Lehman Brothers and Deutsche Bank.
