BVI issues host of warnings

The British Virgin Islands (BVI) Financial Services Commission (FSC) has issued a raft of warnings about unregistered financial services firms illegally operating in the region.

Robert Mathavious, CEO and managing director of the FSC warns the public of conducting any transactions with a plethora of unlicensed firms. European Direct International Insurance is not licensed to carry on insurance business in or from within the BVI and is not registered or incorporated in the territory. CC Logic LLC is not licensed to carry on registered agent services business in or from within the BVI as is also not registered or incorporated there.
