William Calvert Axa Framlington Emerging Markets fund manager tells Paul Burgin he is standing by his belief in the sector's potential

William Calvert is a firm believer in the potential of emerging markets. Just don't mention Bric strategies, export-driven economies or commodity plays. Calvert has managed the Axa Framlington Emerging Markets fund since joining the firm in 1997, running a diverse, relatively low turnover portfolio of primarily small- and mid-cap stocks.
