New Star appoints property asset managers

NEW Star has appointed Deanne Parry Jones and Lucy Hammerbeck as asset managers for its international property team.

Parry Jones, who will be European asset manager, joins from REIT Asset Management. She has more than seven years’ experience providing financial analysis on proposed purchases and existing investments in the UK, Germany, Scandinavia and India. She has been portfolio manager for Boots stores throughout the UK with experience in property strategy and portfolio management. Hammerbeck, who will focus on Asia Pacific investments, has more than eight years’ experience in commercial real estate of which the past four years have been spent in Asia.
