IFAs to benefit from Webline/TIG deal

WEBLINE has signed a deal with Totally Insured Group (TIG) to provide intermediaries with access to a special risks protection service.

Brokers can now refer traditional high-risk, potentially complex cases to The Insurance Helpline, confident in the knowledge that the TIG-run service will find the best possible product. Matt Humphrey, client services and operations director of Webline, commented: "Recent ABI stats have shown that over 30pc of all life applications in the UK have either been 'rated' or declined - potentially amounting to over one million people, with this number set to grow in the future.
