Investec Asset Management has launched its first UK-domiciled UCITS III Africa & Middle East fund.
The fund will add to Investec's existing range of frontier market investment propositions and will mirror the existing Guernsey B Scheme Africa & Middle East fund, launched in April this year. Investec has a 17-year track record investing in Africa and has combined assets under management of over $30bn invested in the region with offices located in Cape Town, Botswana and Namibia.
