Goddard to replace Eadon as PFS chief

The CII Group has confirmed that Fay Goddard will replace Tim Eadon as chief executive of the Personal Finance Society.

Following the announcement yesterday of Eadon's imminent departure, the CII said today that Goddard will join the group in July. Goddard has been deputy director general of AIFA for ten years, and has been praised for spending much of her career shaping the views and influencing the way the financial adviser role has changed, in the eyes of both the client and the regulator. She also has a vast technical knowledge of how small IFAs businesses work.
