Property fund offers office space exposure

A NEW commercial property fund aimed at investors wanting exposure to the small office unit market has been launched by Assetz Fund Management.

The Commercial Property Fund No.2 represents a new avenue for investors wishing to exploit commercial property and will focus on capitalising on the shortage of small office units in the North West of the UK. Assetz has identified that many developments have been sold in the region already but it believed there was still growing demand for more. It said this coupled with a substantial rise in rents and capital values provided a very intriguing investment opportunity.
