Dawnay Day Quantum re-branded following MBO

Following Dawnay Day Quantum's management buyout - announced last week - the structured products provider has been renamed Quantum Asset Management (Quantum).

Mark Mathias, CEO of Quantum, said the new name reflects the continuity of the company's disciplined, quantitative approach to investing. He said: "We have always aimed to deliver superior risk adjusted returns for our investors. Quantum Asset Management also represents an exciting new beginning for us, as the company is now 100pc owned by the Board and employees. We remain committed to offering clients investments that give excellent risk-adjusted returns. This has been our overriding aim since the company's inception in 2003."
