NEW Star's International Property fund has received £206m worth of inflows since its launch last month.
The fund, available to investors since May 14, has already invested £121m in property in the Netherlands, Germany, Japan, Singapore and Australia. Further negotiations are currently taking place which would see the property team purchase another £40m spread across the globe, in regions such as France and Sweden.
