The Hartford has launched the Facing Retirement Forum, an initiative aimed at enhancing understanding of the needs of the 50+ generation.
Michael Rudge, managing director of Hartford Life Limited, said: "The 50 plus generation is the fastest growing segment of the UK population and life expectancies are at an all time high. But, with this new generation of retirees comes a new and modern face of ageing, which isn't fully understood.
