Property investment comparison tool launched

REITA has launched a databank centre on its website (www.reita.org) enabling investment professionals to more easily research and compare property investment performance.

The new service provides a definitive list of UK REITs and property companies listed on the main market of the London Stock Exchange, as well as single tables collating data such as market capitalisation, gross dividend yield and closing prices. The databank centre also features links to financial calendars, sector focus information and the latest news, as well as a unique charting tool to compare the stock market performance of the FTSE, EPRA, and NAREIT UK REITs and non-REITs indices against each other and their constituent companies.
