New PFB launch has data centre focus

PINDER Fry & Benjamin LLP (PFB) has launched an innovative commercial property investment fund, focused on the development of data centres.

Structured as a Guernsey registered closed ended investment company, the PFB Data Centre fund will be listed on the Channel Islands Stock Exchange. It will feature two share classes, for retail and institutional investors respectively, has an investment horizon of five to seven years and a minimum retail investment of £35,000. The fund, PFB’s fourteenth invested in UK commercial property, is looking to raise £50m of equity, with a view to funding the acquisition and development of 4 to 5 data centre sites.
