SWIP hires property research head

SWIP has appointed Ed Trevillion as head of property research.

Trevillion, who assumes his role at the start of September, will report to head of property Malcolm Naish, and will be responsible for heading up SWIP's five-strong property research team and predicting trends in the global property markets. Trevillion will join SWIP from GVA Grimley, where he is currently head of research for Scotland. He has urban economic experience that has encompassed studies of employment land use, the economic impact of property development and business property strategies.
