A MEMBER survey by Tenet has revealed that the adviser support group's marketing awareness programme (MAP) has positively impacted advisers' views on the importance of marketing their services.
MAP focused on creating a methodology of how to build and re-enforce brand loyalty towards a company and the services it offers. This was achieved with enhancements to marketing material and communications, plus a series of upgrades to the private extranet zone. One example of a new service that has proved very popular is an advertising generator, a selection of professionally-created, pre-approved advertising templates on a series of financial topics that members can use free of charge.
