FSA plans COB changes

THE FSA has announced that it will be making some changes to the Conduct of Business rules.

A new Conduct of Business Sourcebook (COBS) will replace the current COB sourcebook and Electronic Commerce Directive sourcebook, featuring a full set of new COBS rules. Having published the main feedback from the Conduct of Business (COB) review in a Policy Statement on May 31, Reforming COB regulation, the FSA realised that these COBS rules did not take MiFID requirements into account.
