The board and employees of structured products provider Dawnay Day Quantum have become 100pc owners of the company having acquired the shares previously held by Dawnay Day International (DDI), which had been placed into administration.
DDI, owned by two or Britain's richest men, fell victim to the credit crunch last month and appointed administrators Ernest & Young to restructure a number of its businesses.
