Stellar targets Baltic property opportunities

STELLAR Asset Management is coming to market with a specialist fund looking to exploit opportunities emerging from Eastern Europe.

The Stellar Baltic States fund aims to capitalise on the developing property market in the Baltic States, working in conjunction with Baltic property specialist Bristol and Stone and Capital City Developments. The fund's objective is to develop a diversified portfolio aimed at providing asset growth over the short-to-medium term. It will target annual total returns of 15pc. Minimum investment is £25,000 with initial commission of 4pc and 0.5pc trail for advisers.
