NU makes pension service promise to advisers

NORWICH Union has launched a new pension service promise in an effort to deliver high service levels for IFAs and their clients.

The promise means Norwich Union has undertaken to issue a completed policy for an eligible regular, single and transfer application within five days of receipt of a fully completed and accurate application (and monies where applicable). The company will also call and inform advisers to highlight any issues if it is unable to process an application within five working days.
