New Star expands property team

NEW Star has further expanded its real estate team following the launch of the International Property fund with the hire of Charles Favard from commercial property adviser CB Richard Ellis.

Favard, who was formerly a broker on the real estate investment team for CB Richard Ellise, joins New Star as European property acquisitions manager and will work on the new global vehicle. He joins a 13-strong property team at New Star, headed by Roger Dossett and managing more than £2.5bn of assets. Robin Carr, head of European property acquisitions for New Star, said: “I am delighted Charles has joined New Star.
