The Exchange creates new call centre for loans and life cover division

THE Exchange is to develop a new call centre for Click, its specialist independent secured loans and life cover subsidiary.

Using components of the Exchange’s Officeweb product, the new system will enable Click’s current and prospective clients to get direct access to its 60+ call operators by telephone, email or SMS message. All communications will be seamlessly stored in Click’s back office system, including Exweb ‘quick-quotes’, new business and policy tracking and status information. Access to such a comprehensive system underpins the firm’s ambition to become the UK’s number one online financial services firm by 2010.
