L&G expands fund choice on bond

L&G has increased the choice of funds available to investors via its Portfolio bond after linking a range of new offerings to the product.

The firm has made seven new funds from companies including Allianz and Midas accessible via its bond. The new funds can also be invested in through L&G’s Portfolio Plus SIPP and TIP products, and its Discounted Gift Portfolio bond. Simon Pistell, L&G’s managing director of individual wealth, said the company continually reviewed what products were available via its bond and pension range to ensure intermediaries’ clients had a wide range of choices. He added: “The addition of these new funds pushes the total fund choice to more than 270 in the bonds range and 280 for pensions.” The rang...
