THE International Biotechnology trust has revealed it is considering increasing its size through a C Share issue as part of the company's investment strategy.
It follows the company’s announcement that the net asset value of the trust’s ordinary shares has risen from £122.37p on November 15 2005 to £155.97p at the close of November 14 2006, a rise of 27.5pc. During the same period, the share price of the ordinary shares of the company has risen from a closing middle market price of £104.5p to £155.5p, which is an increase of 48.8pc.
