L&C backs UK commercial property for Real Estate fund

LONDON and Capital (L&C) has taken a stand against the negative view on UK commercial property and adapted its UK Real Estate fund, in order to continue to make returns from the country's property market.

The firm said that whilst some commentators had speculated about a possible end to the UK Real Estate party, it still saw opportunities and was refocusing its strategy in order to take advantage of casualties of the prevailing market conditions. Iain Keys, director of Real Estate at L&C, said: “People are being indecisive in the UK and there’s been inactivity from investors on the back of uncertainty about what’s going on. “However, we believe the time is now right to invest in the UK and we are adapting our fund strategy to take advantage of market changes.” Keys explained the fun...
