7CI expanding into property

SEVEN Continent Investment (7Ci) has launched a range of three Financial Instruments, focused on developing markets property.

Based on investment periods of 12, 24 and 36 months, each offers an increasing level of guaranteed return. The 25pc Guaranteed Return product entails a minimum investment of £30,000 for 12 months. It will deliver 25pc interest, paid 6.25pc quarterly, with the initial investment returned after a year. Financial Partnership has a minimum investment of £50,000 for 24 months and offers returns of 40-70pc depending on when interest payments are taken, with the initial investment repaid after 12 months.
