Friends Prov updates IFA real-time valuation service

Friends Provident has updated its link-up with technology solutions provider True Potential to offer advisers real-time valuations for its whole of life and endowment policies.

Advisers will be able to obtain valuations for all their clients’ unit-linked Friends Provident policies including legacy products. The move will enable them to query clients’ policies through a single business process within their back office system. Having access to the full product set removes the need for advisers to collate information from different requests for client reports and reviews.
