AIFA aids advisers on MiFID

AIFA has sent a newsflash to members on the main aspects of MiFID, which came into effect today.

The MiFID regulations, which came in today, affect many aspects of retail investment services in European member states. AIFA is producing a series of fact sheets for members highlighting the main changes introduced by MiFID and the FSA’s new Conduct of Business rules.
