THE CONSERVATIVES will today promise to spend more money on health and education in the hopes it will bring "radical change" to the UK's hospitals and schools.
According to the Times, the proposed changes is to be outlined by Shadow Chancellor Oliver Letwin today when he sets out the Tories’ long-term spending plans for all public services today. Letwin will say the Tories want to cut the overall budget by £35bn by 2011, believe more resources for schools and hospitals would usher in changes in how they operat.
