Investors struggling to see beyond market gloom

A survey conducted by LV= shows only 3% of Brits have definite plans to invest in the stock market, despite 16m believing it may be a good time to do so. Just 11% are 'considering' investing in the stock market whilst the majority - 83% - say they have no plans to act.
